A 10‑week journey to support, strengthen, and empower your teenage girl

Overview

Blossom Bright is a nurturing 10‑week program designed to support teenage girls as they navigate the challenges of adolescence. Set in the peaceful, nature‑rich environment of Meeting Minds NZ, this program blends equine‑assisted activities, emotional awareness tools, confidence‑building exercises, and supportive group connection.

The horses play a gentle but powerful role — offering calm presence, honest feedback, and a sense of being truly heard, felt, and seen. This program helps girls build resilience, self‑esteem, emotional intelligence, and a stronger sense of identity, all within a safe, encouraging space.

Activities May Include

  • Ground‑based interactions with the horses

  • Confidence‑building exercises

  • Emotional regulation tools

  • Communication and boundary‑setting activities

  • Nature‑based reflection in the sensory garden

  • Journaling and creative expression

  • Group discussions and peer support

  • Gentle movement, grounding, and breathwork

  • Self‑esteem and self‑worth exercises

What to Expect

  • A safe, supportive, non‑judgmental environment

  • Small group size for emotional safety

  • No riding — all activities are on the ground

  • A calm rural setting with horses, trees, birds, sheep, and flowing water

  • Weekly themes that build confidence, clarity, and emotional resilience

Duration & Times

  • 10‑week program

  • Weekly 1.5‑hour sessions

  • Time: 4:00pm–5:30pm

  • First session Wednesday 4th February 2026

  • Optional: A parent information evening before the program begins
