Inspire
You cannot transcend the limitations of humanness by limiting your experience of it. We are here to guide you in your journey, creating a safe space, in quiet pastures, where the gentle wisdom of the horses will reveal to you the fullness of the energy that expresses through you.

Deanna Lawson
Qualified EAGALA Equine Specialist, Arobridge Method Practitioner by Kathy Marx.
Dealing with acute shyness whilst growing up was tough, but my horse was always ready to hear my voice. Being an only child for the first nine years, my horse became my best friend. We shared an unconditional love, communicating effortlessly without words. It was this that lead me to delve deeper into the beautiful connection we share with horses. I come with compassion and understanding, because I want to help. My passion lies with empowering women to discover their authenticity, claim their leadership and strengthen their family dynamics. My aim is to provide a beautiful, sacred, supportive space for you to reconnect to your True North, and to embody the life that is truly yours!
Each EAGALA session is facilitated collaboratively by a qualified Equine Specialist (Deanna), and a licensed Mental Health Professional, working together with you and the gentle horse, as equal partners in an empowering and experiential process.

10 ways a horse can help
1.
Find your inner peace
Horses are fully present in every moment, and one of nature's beautiful gifts is that horses respond intuitively to our emotional state. They remind us that it is possible to claim release from past pain and suffering by living only in the present.
2.
Natural Anti-depressant
To fully thrive, we must not only eliminate stress, but actively seek joyful, loving, fulfilling lives. When we raise our levels of optimism, and deepen our connections with humans, horses and all of life, things start to change at a cellular level.
3.
Hone your intuition
Being sensitive to their surroundings enables horses to reflect back to us, our inner state. When we seek our own guidance and direction from within, we are tapping into the same consciousness, so that it may express itself through us in our daily lives.
4.
Be in Nature
Spending time in nature can act as a balm for busy minds, and horses help us connect to the healing energy of Mother Earth. Research into the benefits of being outdoors is compelling, from elevating vitamin D levels and lowering blood pressure, to boosting immunity, increasing happiness and improving sleep.
5.
Breathe
Breathing happens without our intervention. We don't need to agonise over it, or worry if we will get it right. The opportunity to stand alongside a gentle horse, helps to quieten our mind and simply breathe. Nothing more is required.
6.
Restore balance to your life
No matter what is going on in the world, your soul remains undisturbed within the silence and equilibrium of universal consciousness. In the company of a horse, we are magically immersed in that silence, and our balance is restored.
7.
Give yourself the confidence to do anything
Whatever you hold firmly in your mind, externalises. The main impediment to realising our dreams, is the attachment we have to the limiting beliefs we hold in our subconscious. Horses help loosen the attachment, so that we can consciously create a different reality.
8.
Love & respect yourself
We are the architects of our own experience, and our thoughts and emotions are the electrical impulses that create the blueprint. The pure love of a horse awakens our courage to consciously create a better blueprint.
9.
Be adventurous
Draw on the power of nature to enliven and invigorate your experience of life. Horses are wild at heart and they remind us of our own need for adventure. We create a new personal reality when we overcome ourselves, and embody the energy of a new future.
10.
Free yourself
Horses help us to see that anything is possible. At any moment we are free to see things differently. The conscious mind's capacity to soar above the programming of the subconscious mind, is the foundation of free will.
